My question is: has anyone else had a penile implant surgery and noticed less sensation, and lasting almost too long?
My implant surgery was May 18th of this year and I have been able to go a long, long time until I cum. My cock is still slightly what I call as not numb, but less sensitive. It's getting better.

My penis is about 1/2" shorter at 5 1/2" of length, now. I haven't measured my width, but I feel it's not as thick as when I could get a normal erection 10+ years ago by using Viagra..
My surgeon told me I would be back to my normal length after cycling the implant and using a vacuum erection device. The width will probably be a little less, but not a ridiculous loss of width.
