I've done/had done everything above and agree that it is painful from mild to excruciating. The pain is a body's signal that it is being damaged. I do not recommend this as a torture and certainly cannot see how it could be a pleasure addition to sex! My experiences were with a Dom who also hung me by my balls ONCE only!
